What We Do

Every Service You Need
Under One Roof

From a rough sketch to a finished production run — we cover the full journey. Our team combines engineering expertise with hands-on manufacturing to deliver results, not just prints.

3D Modeling & CAD

From Concept to
Print-Ready File

Your idea doesn't need to arrive as a finished CAD file. We work from sketches, photos, reference parts, or verbal descriptions and turn them into precise, manufacturable 3D models using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and Rhino.

Every model we produce is optimised for the intended print process — correct wall thicknesses, proper clearances, bridging-aware geometry — so it prints right the first time without costly iterations.

What's Included
  • CAD modeling from scratch based on your brief or reference
  • Conversion of 2D drawings or scans into 3D geometry
  • Reverse engineering from physical parts
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) optimisation
  • Export in STL, STEP, IGES, or native SolidWorks format
  • Up to two revision rounds included

File Formats Accepted
STL · STEP · OBJ
We also accept SolidWorks, IGES, and most native CAD formats.
Concept to CAD
Sketch, photo, or verbal brief → fully parametric 3D model ready for production.
Reverse Engineering
Send us a physical part and we'll recreate it as a precise editable CAD model — ideal for legacy components with no surviving drawings.
Assembly Modeling
Multi-part assemblies with correct fit, tolerances, and motion studies so you can validate before printing.
Mechanical Engineering

Parts That Work,
Not Just Look Good

A part can be perfectly modeled and still fail in the field if the engineering hasn't been thought through. Our mechanical engineers review every structural, thermal, and assembly requirement before production starts.

We perform finite element analysis (FEA) on critical components, specify correct materials for load and environment, and design for real-world assembly — including hardware inserts, snap fits, living hinges, and thread engagement.

What's Included
  • Structural and load analysis (FEA) for safety-critical parts
  • Thermal and environmental suitability review
  • Tolerance stack-up analysis for assemblies
  • Hardware insert placement (heat-set, threaded, press-fit)
  • Material specification and alternatives
  • Full engineering report on request

Failure Rate Reduction
~80%
Parts that go through engineering review before printing need far fewer costly reprints.
FEA & Simulation
Finite element analysis to simulate load, vibration, and thermal conditions before committing to a print.
Assembly Engineering
Design of multi-part systems with correct fits, fastening strategy, and serviceability — parts that go together and stay together.
Material Specification
Matching the right material to real operating conditions — load, UV, temperature, chemical exposure, regulatory requirements.
Expert Consulting

The Right Advice
Before You Commit

Starting a new product or manufacturing project without expert input is one of the most expensive mistakes in hardware development. We offer consulting sessions that give you clarity on process, material, cost, and timeline — before you spend anything on production.

Whether you're choosing between injection moulding and 3D printing, planning a production run, or troubleshooting why a part keeps failing — we'll give you a straight, experienced answer backed by real production knowledge.

What's Included
  • Technology and process selection for your application
  • Material selection and alternatives review
  • Cost comparison: 3D printing vs. injection moulding vs. CNC
  • Production readiness review of your existing design
  • Volume and scaling strategy for growing products
  • Written summary and recommendations after each session

Session Format
1–2 hrs
Focused sessions by video call or in person. Written summary provided after every session.
Project Kickoff Review
Bring your idea or brief to a structured session and leave with a clear manufacturing roadmap and realistic cost estimate.
Failure Analysis
Parts cracking, warping, or not fitting? We diagnose the root cause and recommend targeted fixes to your design or process parameters.
Scale-Up Planning
Moving from 10 units to 10,000? We map the transition — when to stay in additive, when to move to tooling, and how to stage the investment.
Rapid Prototyping

Iterate Fast,
Get It Right

Prototyping is where ideas become real and assumptions get tested. We run rapid prototype cycles that let you hold your design, test the fit, check the ergonomics, and make decisions with physical evidence rather than renderings.

Our prototyping service is built around speed and iteration — same-day builds for simple parts, next-day for complex ones, with the ability to incorporate feedback and reprint quickly. We keep files on file so revision turns are as fast as possible.

What's Included
  • Same-day and next-day build options for urgent iterations
  • Visual, functional, and fit-check prototype variants
  • Multiple material options per build (split-run prototypes)
  • Annotation and feedback integration between rounds
  • Side-by-side comparison builds for design variants
  • File version management so revisions stay organised

Visual Prototypes
High-quality surface finish for client presentations, investor demos, or packaging photography — looks like the final product.
Functional Prototypes
Engineering-grade materials that can be tested under real load, temperature, and assembly conditions — not just looked at.
Assembly Mock-Ups
Full assembly sets to verify fits, clearances, and assembly sequence before committing to production tooling.
Volume Manufacturing

Consistent Quality
at Any Volume

3D printing at scale is not just running the same file many times — it requires process control, batch quality management, and logistics that most print shops don't have in place. We do.

Our production workflow includes first-article inspection, in-process dimensional checks, and end-of-line quality sign-off on every batch. Parts are tracked, logged, and shipped with a quality certificate on request. We handle runs from 50 units to tens of thousands.

What's Included
  • First-article inspection and sign-off before full run begins
  • In-process dimensional checks at defined intervals
  • Consistent colour, finish, and tolerance across all units
  • Batch traceability and quality certificate on request
  • Post-processing: sanding, painting, assembly, hardware insertion
  • Flexible delivery: partial shipments or full-batch dispatch

Below 50 units is handled as prototyping. Volume pricing applies from 50 units upward.
First Article Inspection
Before a full run starts, we print, measure, and approve a first article against your drawing. No surprises at delivery.
Kitting & Assembly
Multi-part products assembled, hardware installed, and packaged to your specification — ships ready for end-customer or retail.
Scaling Support
As your volume grows we advise on when hybrid manufacturing (additive + injection moulding) makes economic sense and manage the transition.
